About Christine

Singing has been a part of my life since I was 6 years old. I was singing alongside my friends on a class field trip and another Mom noticed my voice. They talked about getting me into some singing lessons. Shout out to Mrs. Boone for being such a profound influence on my voice and technique. At 8 years old I began singing in church. My love for music continued to grow and at 10, I auditioned for a Munchkin role in PCPA’s ,The Wizard of Oz. My Mom surprised me at school with balloons to tell me that I’d also been cast as one of the three Lullaby Leagues. Such a vigorous audition process and so cool to see behind the scenes! What an experience! We did over 40 performances.

Just after High School, I began singing at weddings, and since then, I’ve gained extensive experience performing for both joyful celebrations as well as somber occasions, including funerals. My past experience of singing in churches allows me to know the ins and outs of the mass. These celebrations have allowed me to connect with my clients and I always walk away feeling sad that our time together is over!

I was fortunate enough to make it through five rounds of auditions for The Voice, an experience that truly shaped my musical journey. I became less interested in Becoming Famous and just did it because I loved it! For five incredible years, I was able to hone my craft and become comfortable in my performance style by singing lead vocals with the Sammy Labastida Jazz and Blues Band. This was my first time singing with a band and I was introduced to many genres.

Over the years, you may have heard me perform the National Anthem at the Santa Maria Elks Rodeo, Destruction Derby, Sporting Events, Fundraisers and most recently for the opening of the Zac Brown Band Concert at the Paso Robles State Fair.

Above all, I truly love singing and connecting with people. I am a hopeless romantic who loves LOVE. I aim to please not only my client but their guests at any event. I’ll be with you all the way! I’ll provide you with what you need to feel calm and ready on your special day. Music is a powerful tool to bring us together, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to share that experience with my clients. Let me also add that its only because of the Grace of God that I am here and able to share the Amazing gifts that he bestowed upon me. My Heart and My Voice!
